Thermal Imaging
Thermal Imaging has evolved into an incredibly valuable diagnostic tool for predictive maintenance and can identify potentially serious equipment faults often not visible to the naked eye. Detecting abnormalities in the early stages ensures remedial action can be taken prior to costly system failures and down time. Importantly, infrared scans are non-intrusive and don’t require system shutdowns. Scans are performed whilst equipment is fully functional and under load.
Most electrical and mechanical faults are preceded by a change in temperature. Programmed thermal imaging alerts you to those changes, ensuring your workplace and equipment remains safe and productive. With early detection and remedial action you can prevent equipment failure, unplanned shutdowns and possibly fires detrimental to your business activities and human safety.
Additionally, thermal imaging extends the life of your equipment by tackling potential problems before they emerge. A lose connection may only need a simple re-tighten but a burnt connection may require a entire component replacement. Our Service division provides the Thermal Imaging service which can include electrical switchboards, electric motors and bearings.
